The Nutriventionists hosting a cooking therapy table experience
Our Story

A table set with hospitality, and acceptance.

The Nutriventionists™ was created by two friends, Marianna Antonakaki and Irene Kollintza, whose professional worlds met around one shared belief: nourishment is never only about food. Marianna brought psychology, psychotherapy, research, play-based methodologies and Design Thinking; Irene brought hospitality, tourism, operations and the art of receiving people with care.

The Ritual

The Round Table.

Around the table
  • Togetherness
  • Greek hospitality
  • Food as connection
  • Co-creation of the inner processes
The round table
  • Mastermind principles
  • Democracy & collective intelligence
  • Safety and connection
  • Healing and resilience
“ A holding space like a nest.”
Our Vision

To reimagine nourishment as a deeply humancentric practice where the table becomes a holding space of care, connection, reflection and growth. A contemporary expression of Greek Xenia, where hospitality meets psychology, creativity and the science of human development.

Our Mission

We explore the connection between rituals, behaviours, thoughts and feelings and how they relate to cooking, mindfulness, eating, using alive metaphors, creativity, science based playfulness and applied culinary psychology protocols.

The Model

An integrative model of culinary psychology

The Nutriventionists™ is an integrative and multidimensional model of culinary psychology.

It connects culinary preparation, sensory experience, psychological knowledge, group processes, creativity, and systemic, science-based playfulness into one shared practice.

How it works

Cooking. Sharing. Reflecting.

Every shared meal becomes an opportunity for awareness & connection. A symbolic process of inner healing and realizations.

How it works

Learning through shared experience

The model explores the relationships between rituals, behaviours, emotions, thoughts and interpersonal dynamics through cooking, mindful participation, shared eating and carefully facilitated reflection.

Together, these experiences foster resilience, self-awareness, meaningful connection and lasting change.
